2014 Honda Civic - Vehicle shutsdown when door opens

I was just wondering if it is possible for the car to remain on when the door is opened. D3 is currently greyed out for me, but not sure if I would need to reflash the module to select the option

2014 Honda Civic - THAR-ONE-HON3 T-Harness

Trying to install the THAR-ONE-HON3 t-harness onto my vehicle. But when I get to the part when I unplug the the plugs from the Smart PCU it does not match. According to the instructions there are 3 plugs, but when I look at the Smart PCU I only have 2 plugs. One of the plugs on the t-harness fits, but the other does not.
